About Eco Adventures:

Eco Adventures is an Education, Enrichment, and Conservation organization located in Millersville, Maryland that offers hands-on ecological education to people of all ages. Owned by National Geographic herpetologist, Dr. Brady Barr, and marine biologist, Mei Len Sanchez Barr, Eco Adventures offers many enriching programs at our 3800 square foot facility where our guests experience the sounds and sights of our simulated rainforest and our mysterious underwater cave discovery room. And, just outside our backdoor, lies our Sleuice/Fossil Dig area, “Pixie Hollow” picnic and outdoor classroom and the neighboring Severn Run Wildlife Area- 1700 acres of pristine wilderness ready to be explored. This themed, hands-on facility exhibits many reptiles, amphibians, creepy crawlies, and some mammals, many of which we use for hands-on interactions. As world renown crocodilian experts, we focus also on crocodilian conservation awareness and research and proudly exhibit 6 species of crocodilians at our facility. Are you ready to experience the extraordinary?

We have a 22 ft reticulated python on display named Gigantor. On any given program, guests can interact with gators, lizards, tarantulas, or armadillo and even feed or train some!
